David Hageman - President - Founder
As President and Founder for the company, Dave's vision to embark on a new business model for Max Impact Solutions Group provided a strengthened foundation that exists of high integrity, passion and a purpose-driven company. The ultimate overall goal for Dave was to create a win-win situation for his client base and thus creating the motto "Connecting People, Passion and Profits".
With an extensive track record in corporate consulting, account management and building effective teams spanning almost a decade, Dave looks to provide a maximum impact to the marketplace through cutting business overhead costs through automation and technology, developing strategic investment solutions for business owners and guiding small business owners to their full potential to see a profitable result. Dave also has experience in understanding how to build an effective brand and his background includes: corporate communications, marketing research, special events, business development and account growth through maximizing programs and services presented available. Dave has a special ability to develop programs that produce innovative and measurable results.
In 2006, Dave started his entrepreneurial path with co-founding Max Impact Solutions, a real estate investment consulting firm that specialized in finding win-win situations for their clients and providing many different types of real estate investment opportunities through their continual relationships with builders, developers and other investors in their target market. The term "the only constant in business in change" has lead DGM down a different path to create more value-added services for today’s business owner, entrepreneur as well investors.
Dave attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution-Business Management. In 2003, Dave made his move from the Heartland of America to the business world of Seattle, WA with a Fortune 500 company. After many years of being an employee and working for others, he had a zest to create his own legacy and thus the we see the evolution of Max Impact Solutions Group. Dave has been an entrepreneur at heart since a small child. He has ran multiple businesses with his brothers and the foundation of his parents hard work and dedication to run their own business has sparked that fire to go after his goals full force. He has spent over 10 years in the sales/marketing and customer service field and firmly believes in the value of building long lasting relationships. Dave dedicates his time to his passions: his faith, spending time with family and friends, enjoying life in Colorful Colorado and last but not least, helping others achieve their full potential in their pursuit of happiness.
Sara Hageman - Executive Coordinator
Sara grew up in a small town in southwest Nebraska and recently moved to Denver, CO in June 2008. She is the oldest of five children and her parents are both in the education field. Sara graduated with both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney majoring in Speech Language Pathology. Upon graduation, Sara worked in a school district in Phoenix, Arizona area.
After moving to Colorado Sara realized, through self education and guidance from other entrepreneurs, that being an employee the rest of her life wasn't for her. Sara understood that she couldn't fulfill her goals and dreams by working for someone else. She read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad and became immersed in learning sound business and financial principles. She has been involved in business ownership and business development and investment solutions ever since. Sara decided to private contract versus work for a school district and started a speech therapy business. Sara is passionate about building wealth through business and real estate investing and educating people to do the same.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys being active through hiking, skiing, running and riding bikes. She also loves traveling, sports and spending time with friends and family.
Hollis Moore – Account Executive
Hollis Moore grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where she learned the value of hard work from her entrepreneurial father, and the importance of service from her mother who was a teacher and a nurse. The allure of the Rocky Mountains brought her out west in the early 1990’s where she earned a BA in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Denver.
Her post collegiate work included Executive level positions in customer service, project management, marketing, and sales in a variety of industries. Always looking for a challenge, Hollis went back to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Cross Cultural Education and her teaching certification for grades 7-12 Language Arts from National University in LaJolla, California. She taught both middle and high school language arts, and was the school wide coordinator of the college-prep elective program, A.V.I.D. While teaching, Hollis coached high school field hockey and middle school lacrosse.
In 2004, she underwent a study in Leadership Development, and decided to start her own business, Moore From Life, LLC. As “Experts in Education” Moore From Life, LLC provides resources in the areas of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and Real Estate Investment. Through their business and community endeavors, Hollis and her husband Ryan champion the values of Education – Empowerment – Freedom – Service – Leadership. Hollis’ dedication to education and servant leadership are exemplified in the quality of products and services that she has chosen to represent, and the partnerships that she has formed with other like-minded individuals.
Hollis loves activities that get her mind, body, and spirit moving - snowboarding, hiking, yoga, reading, songwriting and performing, politics, church, good food and wine with engaging people.
Ryan Moore – Account Executive

Ryan Moore is a 5th generation Colorado native, and his family still owns the same land that they homesteaded 6 generations ago when they immigrated. As a result, Ryan's dream has always been to own land in his home state, and enable others to realize their dreams trough real estate too.
He was raised by a single mother who was an entrepreneur like her father; and both instilled a strong work ethic in Ryan. After becoming reacquainted with his wife Hollis, whom he met in college, he rediscovered his entrepreneurial spirit and saw the opportunity to merge their talents and passions to help others.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BSBA in International Business and a minor in Spanish/Latin American Studies. After Ryan graduated from DU he moved to Monterrey, Mexico to teach English to business executives. Since returning to Denver, Ryan's career in finance took him to several firms based in Denver including Janus Funds, CH2M Hill and MPEG LA. He has continued his teaching and community service by volunteering for Junior Achievement and being involved in local politics.
Ryan is an avid skier and fly fisherman and enjoys anything that gets him into the Rocky Mountains. He also enjoys reading, traveling domestically and abroad, music, and a good glass of wine.
Sean Cook - Account Executive
Sean Cook grew up in Southern California and lived in Laguna Hills until the age of 17. Growing up in a separated household, Sean was accustomed to the constant struggles of having his mom as his main source for guidance and support. Sean grew up with a learning disability, making it difficult for him to be a part of the 'in crowd'. Only determination and persistence gave Sean the capability to overcome his learning disability. He realized at a very young age that he could turn a negative into a positive, thus creating the success he knew he was capable of. While in high school, Sean was told that he would never attend college due to his learning disability. Two years later, Sean received his Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Saddleback College. He then transferred to California State University at Long Beach and received his undergraduate in Psychology. His goal was graduating with honors and that dream became a reality.
For the past 12 years Sean has been self employed as an entrepreneur. He spent 11 years working as a consultant in the telecommunications industry. There were many years he was awarded Top Agent for Qwest Communications. Due to changes in their compensation plan, Sean knew this was not the ultimate path he was to head down.
He found a Direct Sales Company and utilized the systems that the founders created and he had little success. There was definitely a problem that Sean identified in that they were marketing a product that was not tangible. This was about the time he discovered a different business model that had all the ingredients that he had always been passionate about: Business and Investment Solutions as well as Banking Concepts. He is proud to say he can begin paying it forward and assist people in achieving his or her dreams. Sean's Ultimate Goal: "My goal is to leave a legacy for many generations to come."
Stacia Loo - Account Executive
Stacia originally grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii had moved to Issaquah, Washington in the middle of her junior
year in high school. The transition from the islands to the mainland was a rough one dealing with not only
leaving friends and her comfort zone but experiencing a whole new culture was eye-opening She was brought up
by a single mom who always encouraged her to do what you have passion for, do what you love doing. She school
background consists of attending the Art Institute of Seattle to pursue a career in visual communications,
Graphic Design. While in high school and college she worked two jobs in market research and customer service
for a telecommunications wireless company. While accelerating her career she became a young single mom but
did not let the struggle hold her back and she was determined to finish college. Soon after college she
found out starting as a fresh new designer did not pay as well as what she had hoped and that she would have
to take a pay cut or even work for free to get any experience. She always had the desire to become her own
boss or even own a home some day but the outlook was not promising. Her post-graduate education left her in
debt and left her not able to qualify for a loan for anything close to what she had dreamed about for her son.
Since then, she has discovered a network of people and has found a systematic approach to helping her think
outside of the box of the possibilities available to her today through business solutions, personal
development and real estate investing. She is a very passionate about building wealth through business and
real estate investing and educating people to do the same.
While in her spare time, Stacia enjoys time to laugh with family and friends, traveling with her son on road trips, and enjoying good food. Stacia resides in Bothell, WA and is a creative, forward-thinking asset to the Max Impact team.
